house rules

• This is a non-smoking, eco facility.  Smoking is not permitted.

• No pets.

• Please leave outdoor shoes at the door; the floors are heated in winter.

• We recycle – please separate glass, cans and papers into containers provided.

• Only 10 guests using 5 beds can be accommodated.

• Use of living room furniture for additional sleeping accommodation is not permitted.

• Please leave the kitchen in the condition you found it!

• You must be able to climb stairs to access the bedrooms.

payments

House Rental: A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required upon booking.
The balance is due in full 30 days before arrival.

cancellations

House Rental: Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check-in and within 48 hours of booking subject to the payment and cancellation policies above.
