For your special day, Adams Hill House provides the quiet luxury that only a few who own a private estate can enjoy. The house faces west, and many brides plan their wedding and reception to take advantage of the spectacular sunsets the expansive view allows. Our property suits a celebration for as few as two or as many as fifty guests (an additional tent is required for more than twenty guests). Our in-house team will do everything possible to prepare the property to your requirements.

This three-day, two-night event will dazzle your guests.
The wedding package includes:
Two nights lodging for your wedding party of 20 split between the main house and adjacent property
Local organic farm-to-table food for your arrival buffet, wedding reception, and breakfast the day of and day after the wedding. Champagne and our Italian & French house wines included.
Access to the property one day before your wedding party arrives, to set up all tailored decorations and flowers
Use of the house and grounds for your photographs, pre-wedding dinner, wedding and reception for up to 20 people. Parties of more than 20 require a tent rental (not included).
Access to Jockey Hollow Farm, the owners' 80 acre farm property, for photographs, swimming and hiking, two miles away
Support for your wedding planner by our Property and Services Director, to smoothly coordinate all additional aspects of your party (such as a full bar / bartender or tent rental if required)
Assistance from our team to identify the best local service providers such as florists, decorators, and photographers
Your final cost will be determined by number of guests. Each booking requires a security deposit in addition to the all-inclusive charge.

Jockey Hollow Farm is an 80-acre farm with a beautiful 30-acre field, large spring-fed pond and 50-mile view facing east to Mount Monadnock.
If you dream of a beautiful outdoor wedding, you could not find a more special place than Jockey Hollow Farm. The property is private and peaceful, with an end-of-road location. A perfect place to set a large tent and enjoy your special day!
The basic wedding package includes:
3 days use of the well-groomed 30-acre field to set a tent for an outdoor wedding
This allows time to for your service providers set up your tent and furnishings, then take it down after the fun is over.
Electrical infrastructure suitable for the wedding tent, musicians, caterers and portable restroom facilities
Delicious, clean, cold Vermont spring water taps
A level, dry area to set up a large tent facing the view
The beautiful crystal clear pond is swimmable and also perfect for photographs
Support for your wedding planner or event coordinator by our Property and Services Director, to smoothly coordinate all aspects of your party

If in addition you would like to rent Adams Hill House for your wedding party lodging, pre-wedding dinner and post wedding breakfast, we can offer 2 nights and up to 10 guests in residence. Please enquire about the pricing for renting both the house and the farm.
When planning note the house can only accommodate indoor parties for up to 20 people. If you require more than that we can discuss outdoor options.
Your final cost will be determined by number of guests and length of stay. Each booking requires a cleaning fee and security deposit in addition to the event rental.
